- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I use this location out of convenience but the employees are shockingly incompetent. I had to explain to one man how self-generated labels worked (he had no idea UPS offered such a facility). On one occasion, I asked the woman behind the counter if their store was a franchise location or a corporate outlet (because franchise locations are notoriously more expensive). She told me that they were definitely not a franchise; a few days later I found out they were. A few weeks ago, a package I dropped off there never even got scanned in. I won't be back anytime soon.By A Google User, January 29, 2017
